All about Nicole!

Meet nicole

Nicole is a fun-loving, transparent woman who loves her family. She has been married to "the love of her life," Robert, for 28 years. They are blessed to have two amazing and highly gifted adult sons, Alexander and Keagan. Recently, they gained a beautiful daughter-in-love, Kya Stromberg. Nicole believes she would not be the person she is today without their love, support, and her faith in Christ Jesus.

career as a cosmetologist

Nicole is an entrepreneur and a licensed cosmetologist with over 30 years of experience as a hairdresser and over 20 years of experience as a cosmetology instructor. Nicole believes in educating everyone on achieving and maintaining healthy skin and hair. As the years have passed, Nicole has been fueled by passion as a salon professional to encourage women to see their true beauty inside and out through the world of beauty.

While much of my career has been spent helping women discover confidence through beauty, this new season has called her to something even deeper: helping women discover the beauty of a life transformed by God's Word, along with the multiple women's books she has written.

The mission remains the same even though the method has changed. In December 2025, she closed her hair salon to walk through the open door to a new chapter that God has opened. She is not just a former hairstylist who writes books. Nicole realizes working in the beauty industry has prepared her for such a time as this. She desires to encourage women to grow spiritually, find their identity in Christ, and walk in freedom. Her 30 years behind the chair have all been in preparation for now!

Nicole The Author

Nicole has always had a love for writing. She loved scrapbooking as a teenager well into my adult life. Unfortunately, Nicole didn't see herself as good enough to write something others would want to or purchase. To her surprise, that was not the case. In 2016, she, her husband, and her editor self-published her first book. It is hard for Nicole to wrap her mind around being an author due to her struggle with dyslexia. Fast forward to today, she can say humbly that she has authored 5 books and more to come. Nicole has always been described as an "overcomer," working hard daily to fight the good fight of dyslexia. Nicole often says, "God definitely had a sense of humor when He called her to be a Writer." Nicole admits that it is hard to imagine all she has accomplished as a writer without any formal training. As an anointed writer, she knows where her help comes from, and she is grateful for every word and idea that she writes and publishes.

Recently, she was asked to write for The Lextropolis Digital Magazine as a columnist. Being a part of this magazine has stretched her to higher heights. As a life learner, she enjoys every bit of it.

Nicole has been writing since her youth, and one of her many goals is to become a "Best-Selling Author."

Currently, she is building her own Publishing Company: "Just Write Publishing Consultants." Your Story. Your Voice. Your Legacy.

Beauty is her ministry

Gifted in the art and business of cosmetology, Nicole understands that "Beauty is her Ministry." Nicole is called to challenge, spark, teach, serve, and empower women to discover and embrace their true identity and God-given beauty inside and out. She has a mandate "to set the captives free" by strengthening women through her customized courses she has developed to help you walk out freedom to be all God has called you to be.

Community

Like family, community is important to Nicole. As a visionary, she provides a safe space where women can share their life experiences, learn, and grow together. Cultivating a community of "Sisterhood of those who believe." The ultimate goal is to refuel and recharge you for life's journey. As a "Bridger of the gap", it brings her great joy to salute women at her Holy Spirit-inspired annual event, "Honoring You Day," which has been a blessing to everyone who attends. This epic event lasted for 10 years and was a blessing to all who attended.

Monday evenings have become a special time for Nicole as she meets up with The Women of Legacy for the weekly Bible and Book Studies she facilitates. Nicole also enjoys hosting faith-based personal development workshops 3 times a year. She loves to promote, spotlight, and teach other entrepreneurs with their small businesses.

Imagine sitting in the classroom as she taught her students in beauty school.

Young and Love Struck

This creative writing is Nicole's first Novel! This book is a book about love, loss, and restoration. Some would say it reminds them of the account in the Bible about the Prodigal Son. Except her name is Tori Richards. In her last year of high school, she is caught between young love, family, and her values. Her story is a great reminder of what it was like to be "Young and love struck."

My Prayer Journal

My Gut Health Journey

For over 40 years, I have struggled with my gut health. I have taken everything over-the-counter and prescribed medicines as well. After having children and the stresses of life seem to make my stomach hurt more. I started having colonoscopies at a very young age due to my grandmother passing of colon cancer and my mother passing at age 58 of pancreatic cancer.During one of my routine colonoscopy I was diagnosed with IBS-C

and diverticulosis.
After one of my really bad bouts and my family getting concerned decided to look further into my stomach issues on a deeper level. thats when I was introduced to herbal teas for unhealthy guts.

Since then I have changed my eating habits, drinking more water, and, I drink my teas faithfully. I am blessed to say for the last 2 years I am free from all stomach medication. I no longer experience. Acid Reflux, heartburn and my constipation has improved significantly. More importantly I don’t hurt and I don’t walk around miserable and uncomfortable.
